What To Expect?
First step: On August 5th at 6:00 pm MST, click the link and join (go ahead, treat yourself!). Leah will offer space for you to briefly say hello and why you joined, but you don't have to speak at all.
Guided meditation starts at 6:15 pm MST. After that time you won't be able to join the call.
After the guided meditation, there will be space if you'd like to talk about what came up for you. This will be equally amazing — to hear others’ experiences.
You will be emailed a recording of the session if you leave your email in the Venmo notes.
If you are not present, you can still do the meditation with the recording afterward.
