Grief Tending

Grief Tending March 2016

I offered grief tending rituals since 2014 at the Great Salt Lake. This ritual, inspired by the Daruga tradition, welcomes and moves Grief, in community. This ritual is simple, body-based and held with us by the wild natural setting of the Great Salt Lake. When you are free to move Grief through your body, mind and psyche, lovingly held and witnessed, you are washed clear. You become more open and able to receive the gifts of Grief, of Joy, and of Life.

I am available for 1:1 Grief Tending support at this time.

Please contact me. I would love to offer you all I am able.

CELEST FEST 2006

Come join me at Celest Fest July 5–8, 2026 near Huntsville, Utah — a no-substance festival complete with song, dance, food, community, and . . . Grief Tending!!!

Thanks for facilitating the group last night and for leading us into what felt to me like another world. It was cold, but I wanted the drums and the grieving space we created to continue until the stars and the night sky came out. Till next time.
