Engaging Shadow builds on our Spring 2016 IOEL series (though attendance then is not a prerequisite). Treat yourself to this December series, a gift of depth in the holiday season, focused on working with projections and unconscious things that can create difficulty in ourselves and among teams. Ignored, shadow most surely distracts. Addressed shadow creates powerful capability for success.
